Ice Hockey at 11500 feet

At an altitude of around 7500 feet, human bodies start to feel the altitude and if we

aare not prepared our body will take a hit.

At sea level there is 20.9% oxygen and as we start to move to higher altitudes, the oxygen percentage starts to decrease.

The Effective Oxygen is   13.5 % at 11500 feet. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, OSHA, has determined the minimum oxygen level needed by human body is 19.5% and there is ice hockey going on in 13.5 % and there is big crowd there.

Ever imagined playing a high action game at a high altitude, at a place where the % of oxygen is pretty less than needed by human body. Just try to do a jogging at high altitude, you will see what I mean ( but please don’t)

Allow me to take you to 11500 feet, the world’s highest ground for a game of Ice Hockey

This Game is fast but it also teaches us a Life Lesson. Life & Future will be fast but to succeed we people need to be together with each other as a team and pass the ball to each other at the right moment so that each one of us hits our goal and actual we all have one common goal Happiness, right?.

Enjoy the game of Ice Hockey.
